My soups are crafted in small batches in my licensed domestic kitchen using locally sourced ingredients (organically grown, when possible).
I am committed to environmentally sustainable business practices, such as recyclable food packaging.
I am proud to partner with local Blanchet House’s Food Waste Prevention Program to donate unused food.

Brown Butter Sweet Potato Cornbread with Pepitas
This moist, hearty cornbread is both sweet and spicy. The roasted sweet potatoes and brown butter imbue a unique depth of flavor, and the roasted pepitas add a salty crunch on top!
A good keeper, and a great accompaniment to each of my soups.

Stirring Up Smiles Since 2024
My venture began a couple of years ago when I delivered homemade soup to my folks to support their changing diet. It soon became a weekly ritual, and I began to develop new recipes, and refine them as I rotated the menu. My own family enjoyed the soups as well, and I began tripling the batches. As I shared the soups with other family and friends, and added cornbread to the menu, I got such positive feedback, that I thought I could market my products. And Heart Rock Soup was born!
